DNC CEO resigns in wake of email controversy

"According to the report, the committee is looking to clean house after leaked emails showed a pattern of the DNC favoring Clinton over Bernie Sanders in the primaries.
Democrats are looking to get ahead of any more leaks of emails and internal documents that may cause more scandals after nearly 20,000 emails were released by Wikileaks last month. Those emails revealed the preference, for example DNC officials were looking to attack Sanders on his faith in order to hurt him in Southern states.
CNN is reporting that Amy Dacey, the CEO of the Democratic national Committee will be resigning along with two other high level staffers. She is the highest ranking official at the DNC to step down in response to the hacked email controversy. The other officials stepping down are the CFO Brad Marshall and Communications director Luis Miranda."
